Conventional single-plate shear connection welded to the column flange (Manual Part 10): bolt group at e = a/2, plate shear / block shear, two-sided fillets. Used only with the bolted IMF web option.

Design Guide 13: the stiffeners carry Ru,st = Pf - φRn,min; the doubler adds 0.6Fydctdp to the panel zone.
